Garage Flooring?

Moving into my new home in South OC and the garage has this floor (ceramic tiles), F-car not included. I'm not too sure about it. Should I cover it with epoxy or tear it out? or is this ok as is?

If it was done right that's a major upgrade, why would you tear it out?? Easy to clean, smooth surface if you have to be on a creeper.

The only down side is if you don't like the white/black scheme but it is the most common people do.

You sure ceramic?
Do not see grout lines.
Looks more like clay based floor tiles. Waxed.
If ceramic I would worry about jacking on it.
You could overlay with swisstrax tiles.

How do you clean all the dirt that would leak down to the concrete?

I had a garage with the black and white checkerboard tile and I had to put little rugs for where the tires sat because it would leave marks that I couldn't easily clean off.

Here's another pic of the area in front of the car (from the listing video). It's a lot of black and white....
