Had anyone figured this out? I have the same problem with the unit not turning on unless you unplug it. I've tried everything. Mine is the Rev B and it's going into a MIB-2 system.

Hello

I have installed a discover pro 3 to replace the discover pro 2 and the helix perfecly work
The bass are now very impressive the sound is beautifull

I think that the helix sound system behaves differently according to the units.

Has anyone found a resolve for the issue where it needs disconnecting and reconnecting to work?
Apart from purchasing a different unit
