$18,000
2015 MK7 R DSG
118k miles (New engine at 115)
Enkei TMS 18x8.5 Nitto Motivo 245/40/18
Everything else stock, got monster mats and muddy buddy liner. (Confused it with cargo liner when purchased, thus the pointless setup)
Ok, high mileage R, def highest I've seen, I bought it with 95k, pretty sure previous owner was commuting to Kansas. Old motor popped at 115k, the shops around here couldn't/wouldn't find out what happened, just told me that no compression=replace whole motor... (My guess is timing chain killed everything)
Yeah, I didn't like it either, but my options were limited so I went with the motor change. Replacement was done by Eurosport OKC and I'll provide receipts upon request, comes with 12k mile warranty.
Body has typical wear, paint chips on hood/front lip, one enkei has surface curb rash, Pretorias are decent condition and will be included, all known blemishes were captured as well as I could in photos.
This car has been great, it's as most of you all know, an awesome car that does it all and looks great. For me, the recent experience having to purchase an ENTIRE motor just out of 100k miles has left me skeptical and bitter with VW. The pricing of this sale is odd, I'll admit, high mileage chassis, with new engine doesn't add up for KBB, but I still think it's going to be a steal for the buyer.
Only lets me post 10 files, have much more, will continue trying to post them.
Thanks for reading this much!
