2022 IndyCar season

Since we have a Formula 1 thread I thought I would start an IndyCar one as well. First race this weekend at St Pete. Should be a great race.

Impressive win for McLaughlin. That was a surprisingly clean race for a street race as well.

Yes I was rooting for him hard at the end. You almost forget how great he was in Super Cars.

I was surprised how little carnage there was in the race. Compared to earlier years, and other street courses.

I turned it on with about 50 laps or so left.
But yeah surprisingly few cautions for the race.
I always say I'm going to get back into Indycar...but then it never happens.
