Doesnt sound normal but I dont know shit about the 1.4t. I know on my 2.0T CBFA which has the secondary air injection for emissions, it made a noise similar to that for the first minute or so after startup because I knocked one of the SAI hoses under the battery loose. I also have split one of those SAI, they are pretty fragile.
So maybe check for an air leak in your intake system? Are you throwing any codes?

After diagnosing all control modules (Using VAG COM cable and VCDS), all seems to be fine. I don't see any error message (See attached image files below).
