Creating New Account Not Working

My friend is trying to make an account because he just got a mk6 GTI and I recommended him to check out this forum and he tried making a new account but he’s not getting the confirmation email. He tried it multiple times with no luck and even messaged the admin and used the contact us option with no luck and it’s been about a month. Any suggestions?

My friend figured it out, admins never messaged him back. He put a vpn on and that did the trick
