My front right door card was loose. It rattles itself, even without music.
VW tried to fix it, but it still rattling.
My trunk door card rattles, and i used swelling tape for fix
Maybe turn the volume down a touch? Alternatively, apply some sound deadening insulation or foam tape to the reverse side of the door card as @tos has done to act as a ‘cushion‘ between the door card and metal door panel. It may be worth getting some spare door card fasteners / clips if you do decide to remove the door card, as some of the clips may break during the removal process.
