Donald Trump may have some ridiculous views but if it comes down to the libtard Clinton or the much hated Trump.... I'd rather have Trump as President.

Things I dislike:

1. He's literally not a real candidate.
2. He has zero grasp about how life is for the average American and hurting middle class.
3. He prides himself on the money he made but why the fuck doesn't anyone bring up that he inherited 40+ million from his parents. It's easy to make money when you have money.
4. He's extremely misogynistic with terrible comments related to women.
5. He has no idea how the political system works.
6. The amount of racist comments he makes is absurd. Talking about Mexican immigrants he said "They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists."
7. He's the definition of a Douche.
8. He is making a complete parody of the American legal system. A system that people are already so suspicious about.

Things I like:

1. I truly believe that he speaks his mind. I think he's wrong about literally everything that comes out of his mouth, but none the less he clearly believes what he says.
2. He makes it easy to identify the people that I want to spend zero time with. If anyone says "I support Trump, he's going to restore our nation to its former glory!" then I instantly know that they know nothing about politics, have no grasp on reality, probably aren't mentally "all there" and then I know to run away from them promptly.

That being said there's a good quote going around on facebook. Basically it says "Donald Trump isn't an embarrassment to our country, he's an indictment of it. The fact that a conservative frontrunner for the highest job in the land - with absolutely zero experience and flaunting a ticket of unbridled bigotry, xenophobia, and misogyny - clearly shows everything that is wrong with the U.S.A"

Everything you posted is emotion and no facts.

I agree, the guy is a douche. However, he is very smart, and a great business man. You say he knows nothing about politics, yet he knows how to use every law written to his advantage. You can be born with money, but if you are not smart, you will spend it all and end up broke. This guy increased his worth and is well known for it.

The guy says off the wall shit, no question about it. Guess what, that gets him in the public view and for people to look at him. Negative press also is good press most of the time. But, as I said, he has solutions for problems. That is what a business man does. Recognizes a problem, then comes up with a solution.

Maybe having someone not a politician in office is a GOOD thing. He doesn't need to buy votes for fundraising or personal gain. At the end of the day, the US is a business. I rather have a businessman in office than someone that knows nothing about it and only worries about personal gain. Obviously Trump does not worry about personal gain because he already has everything he would ever need, including money. The only thing left for him to leave is an even larger legacy than he already has.

For the people that HATE him and say he's a joke can never really back of their claims. Everyone can have an opinion on anything, but please be an educated voter and not an emotional one.

He's the first candidate in the two party system that isn't full of shit. That goes a long way and resonates with a lot of people. I have heard enough bs, lies, political fluff, and deflections from politicians from both parties to lose trust in any career politician. It's also refreshing to see someone run that isn't the puppet of those that finance them.

this guy gets it.

You should take a look at Bernie Sanders. He has been completely crowd funded thus far. Up to this point he has not accepted a single dollar from a super PAC.

If he can do half of what he promises, Trump will be the most productive politician of the century.

Ok, so we are human beings and emotions are part of who we are as a species. With that said though, yes it is true that we can't allow emotions to rule our decisions completely and we have to balance it out with logic as well.

I think you are wrong to say that the US is a business and that a businessman should lead it. It probably has become a business now but it wasn't always that way and it shouldn't stay that way. The US is a country and it should be lead by someone who can be respected as a leader. A businessman especially one who has avoided military service has no business being commander in chief of our armed forces, one of the presidents biggest responsibilities. Can you imagine what that would be like? The president has to be more than just a businessman, because making this country great isn't just about money. It's also about dealing with domestic and all of the world's problems because we have made our country the example that is to be followed by the rest of the world. We are the world's policeman whether its because we feel that it is our moral obligation or simply because we have interests abroad. We have to simultaneously take care of our problems here in the US which include things such as health care, racism, immigration, etc as well as all the other b.s. that is going on outside of our country and thats just how things are when you are a superpower. So running the US cannot just be like running a business because there's more at stake here. This isn't just a problem for Trump, Carson also has this problem. He's a well known surgeon but that doesn't mean that he is a great candidate for president either.

As far as his solutions go, well for example say there is this one guy I hate and i can't stand him being around me. Some people will just deal with it while i say you know what i have a solution. Ill just kill him, and once he is gone so is my problem. That's a solution right? Does that mean it's a right one though? People say I like him because he is direct and speaks his mind, well i'm sorry but speaking your mind doesn't mean just say shit of the top of your head. There is something called tact and our president, our leader, better fucking have that and a whole list of other characteristics that make one a good leader and someone i would be willing to follow. Trump is a joke and is caught up in all these silly antics. This is the guy that is running for president? How does this reflect the state of our country? I bet Putin is laughing his ass off and everybody else is like wtf seriously?

In the end I think people fail to recognize that the President while a very important man has limited power and it is the people in congress who really run this country. Yup all those fat cats up there who serve a four year term and get a pension afterwards. Its these people that we have to watch more closely. A president can make a thousand promises but he will only be able to keep a few just because if congress says no then he can't do shit unless he wants try an overstep congress in which case it will be seen as him having too much power and being very dangerous.

What qualifies our last three presidents to be commander in chief then?

Nothing either . I hope you don't take this is me saying every past president has all these qualifications or that any other presidential candidate has them. I'm talking about trump right now.

Emotion and no facts?

Fact:
1. He has made misogynistic comments
2. He has made racist comments
3. He did inherent a ludicrous amount of money that was used to continue his parents business
4. He does not have any political experience
5. He does not know the struggles of 99% of Americans (Middle, lower class). For god sakes he doesn't even know the struggles of the upper class because he is so far ahead of that class.

You say he's a brilliant business man but what about all the Trump businesses that have failed? Like Trump Casino. It seems that people are only praising him for speaking his mind but the things that come out are junk. In addition, American is NOT supposed to be a business. It's a fucking real country with people haha. The problem is that people have been running it like a business and that's why we have corrupt politicians that take tons of money from corporation lobbyists. We've tried running America like a business and it ain't working. We have the lowest voting attendance rates of any first world country because people are so fed up with the the fact that corporations just buy politicians and the people's interest gets put in the back seat.

His solution to foreign politics (and I'll get direct quotes from the GOP debate when I am home) was either A. We kill them or B. We buy them. He may speak his mind but that is not a good thing.

This is why I think having a non politician in the office is a good thing. Get the bums out that only pass stuff because it benefits them. Get everyone to work together.

America is a business. All facets need to work together. This business works for us, the American people.

The guy is not a good public speaker. OK. I rather have someone that is a poor speaker and gets results than someone that can schmooze the public and fall short of any goals

He wants to bring Jobs back to America. How many other candidates are tooting that, plus Trump spells out how he is going to do that.

He has an answer for Taxes and Immigration. Everyone will not agree with everything he says, but a lot of it makes sense. We need a change. Not the change that Obama never brought. But, he was just another politician as well.

This is such a contradiction because Trump is the one guy who can't be bought. And, no, this country has not been run like a business or we wouldn't be trillions in debt or have underfunded Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid. You probably should just stop talking because you don't make any sense.
