Hello, new generation original wireless (fast) charger for sale.

View attachment 309851

Actually I'm from the MK7 forum, and did try to install the 3p0035502 fast charger. But sadly without succes. It must be connected to gateway, but it is not compatible with traditional MQB gateway, and I can not use it. It is for newer cars such as Golf 8 and Passat 9.

So I want to sell it for € 130,-
It is second hand. I live in Belgium, when interested send me a message.

I can help with pin-out on charger, but not familiar with Mk8 gateway.

The difference between 3p0035502 and 3p0035502A, is the connection for external antenna.

Hi meesters. I saw your posts about the 3p0035502 wireless charger retrofitting it in a Golf 7. We haven't been having better luck either with the 3p0035502a charger🤷‍♂️. Tested on Golf 8 bench and tried all Can connections and what not but it won't start up and the gateway is not seen it.

😪 Ok, thank you very much for clarifying! But still, it is for sale, so if anyone interested, just send me a proposal, perhaps we can make a deal.

Honest to goodness, I think it is a heck of a lot simpler to permanently solve the "wireless phone charging problem" by just buying a short phone charging cable, plugging one end of it into one of the car's USB connectors, and plugging the other end into the phone.

I tried using wireless phone charging when I first took delivery of my 2024 GTI, but found that the phone heated up quite a bit and it didn't charge very effectively. Now, if I want to charge the phone in the car, I just plug it in.

Well I wanted to get rid of all the wiring, and the Chinese charger is performing very well actually, and no more overheating. For safety reasons it is also pretty good, because I'm actually less inclined to pick up the phone, because it is tucked away in the cubby. But hey, everyone has his preferences.

I'm happy with it, no more cables.

My 2020 R-Line charges my iPhone 11 fine but when my sister tries her iPhone 13 it's hit and miss. Several messages about removing items from the charge are and the Qi logo turns red. I'm planning on upgrading my phone in a few weeks so no doubt I'll probably have issues. Seems to be the newer phones with magsafe wireless charging capability that have issues

So I have installed the Chinese wireless charger and can say it's a simple plug and play if the 6 pin plug is the black type.
The mat from the Golf 8.5 is compatible with the venting section and works great.
My iPhone 13 Pro charges faster and warms up a little where with the original charger it would barely charge and it would be so hot.
One problem is with the wireless box lid where the space between that and the pad is limited so with the camera bump on the iPhone it makes it a bit more difficult to place the phone centered and all in.
And yes you get the notification and symbol of the phone charging.

That's cool. How much did it cost to buy the pad and the mat?

Good for you that you can use the mk 8.5 mat!
yeah I know. I see what you had to do to get it working:rolleyes:....Thanks for all the information you have given with the testing and retrofitting (y).

It was 75€ for the wireless charger bought on Aliexpress and around 10€ for the mat which I bought at the Dealer.
