Local gun enthusiasts forum. I only sell to people who can produce a CCW, I take a photo of that and their DL, and require a bill of sale. GunBroker is an option too, but the fees are expensive. I've used Armslist in the past, but all I get is spam texts lately, and it's like $7.99 a month.Dudes that have sold guns before, how did you go about finding a buyer?? I have a sig p229 sas I want to sell, bought it for around $700 back in ~2005. Never liked it and it's just been sitting in my safe, there's nothing wrong with it and it's been reliable every time I've shot it, just heavier and bigger than my normal preference. I brought it to my local shop to try and sell it and they lowballed me hard and offered $50 of in-store credit. I'd rather it sit in my safe unfired till I die than sell it for $50. Any advice?
