The file is nowhere to be found on the internet for free. A few people who claim to have it want money for it or only install it remotely for you without giving you the file (for a fee). I've been looking for it every single day.
Yeah, I'd been reading your posts, so I assumed not. Bizzare, 1941 and 1969 were available on mib solution well before my local dealers had them. I'm not paying a random person for it, so I guess I'll just keep waiting... lame.
I've been in for mine, it wasn't for 1983, unfortunately. It was a minor setting tweek to allow guests users to use the sos function. They had 1983 at the time, but refused to install it, even though they were already doing recall work and a health check, unless I paid them £150... so I told them to jog on. I don't know for definite but auto headlight switching on Android Auto between day/night works fine on my T-Cross but not my Mk 8, and has been fine on my previous Polo's too, so I believe it's the headunit that is causing this?
Did you notice any changes? I'm booked in next week, I'll mention 1983 too.
