I agree. I don't understand why Israel is being so forceful. Getting the rockets to stop is one thing. But they don't seem to realize that giving the Palistinians more freedom will be much more effective for stopping those rockets.

The following is not commentary on the current situation, just facts that must be considered:

The palestinian people are not firing the rockets, Hamas is. Hamas will NOT recognize the existence of Israel. Thats like Canada refusing to even acknowledge that the United States exists.
