MUTED Parking

Hi just picked our car up all amazing

But

It seems the parking sensors are muted although they haven't been.

In park assist the muted icon is there but cant figure out how to unmute - pressing the speaker button doesn't do anything

any help would brilliant

Well here are a few things to follow up:
1) I noticed that the parking sensors dont make beeping sounds with the electronic parking brake on
