Rear fog installation?

Hey guys. I have a rabbit 2007 with midline cecm. I ordered a rear fog from OEM. I found installation instruction from a pdf for a GLI were it says to switch pin C12 to B4. But on the net I saw pin C12 to B8.

Which one is the good one?

Tell me which pin you switched.

That's correct. Mine just did last Saturday!

ECS has good instructions for doing this install. I followed them when I installed mine and had zero problems.

Thanks i installed it. It works perfectly in full on mode but in parking/city light mode, the rear fog doesnt come on ( no fog, no fog indication in the dash)

I did the Vagcom as per instructions but is there an other tweek to able the rear fog in parking/city light mode?

Anyone can help?

I don't know what to tell you. I believe I did the C12-B4 route when I installed the rear fog on my GTI a few years ago. When my parking lights are on, I can also light all 3 fogs (both front & single rear). I didn't do the coding though, a friend of mine did.
