No. They don't add any power.
Agreed. Coil packs tend to be as needed change. Though if they are older, might not be a bad idea to swap them pre-emptively. Just keep 1 or 2 of the old ones on hand so you can play chase a misfire or other issue later if they pop up.

I have RS7s too after APR Stage1 but left Coilpacks alone. U guys think I should upgrade them at my next sparkplug interval?

I'm finally changing mine to the APR blue ones after 110k miles. Nothing wrong with the old ones, but figured why not. Changing plugs before going flex tune, might as well change coils too.

Think I will "replace" mine @ 65k mi. for precautionary reasons as well.
