TCR Side Skirts on a Sportwagen?

I cant find an answer to this question, and I can’t search for the term “TCR” on here so I have to ask, why are the TCR side skirts listed as not compatible with the Sportwagen?

I’d love a set for my car.

Why not if they fit Golf? Isn't an extra foot past the rear wheelarch the only difference?

Wheelbase is the same. I have facelift R sideskirts on my GSW that came off a hatch. Same ones on the facelift R estate.

Side skirts should fit, but the reason they don't list for GSW is because the rear is longer after the wheel arch, & therefore the matching rear bumper lower skirts/valance will not fit.

Ah, so it's just listed that way in case someone wanted to fit the rear valance. That's kind of what I thought, but I just wanted to verify. Well I'm fine without the rear valance so I guess I'm good to go!

And FYI for others who said that the wagon wheelbase was longer, it's not.
