Voters supporting tyranny doesn't make it less tyranny. Just because because the majority supported slavery, oppressiving women, discrimination against minorities,
the genocide of indigenous people, etc... doesn't mean they aren't tyranny.

Yes, states that are using police force against opposition, suppressing voters, attacking women's rights, gerrymandering and using religion to justify discrimination against Americans.
