Total black both Digital Cockpit and main screen at night?

Hey guys....When I drive my Golf 8 at night, the screens are bright enough to annoy my eyes....even at the lowest brightness....In my old Citroen C4 there was a button that make the screens almost off....only speed, time and remaining gas was there...Is there any similar options for our Golf? If I turn off the right screen the digital cockpit screen is very bright...I wish there was an option/shortcut to turn this off too.

For the 'infotainment screen' I think you can press and hold the power button to turn it off completely?

For the cockpit screen, I'm unaware of a brightness setting here...

Isn't there a day/night mode in the settings somewhere? I think there's an Auto mode that switches based on the time of day also.

For the infotainment screen; go into Settings then there should be a Screen option to change brightness levels. Was daytime when I tried it so dunno 'bout digital display; speedo, rev counter, etc, hope this helps....
