Web connectivity / we connect connection lost

The latest issue I’ve found is that every couple of weeks or so the car loses its ability to show traffic on the maps or provide any information to the we connect app.

It’s like the mobile data connection is down. The world globe goes dim when this happens. It takes a week or two to restore the connection then it’s fine again.

Anyone else have this problem?

My we connect last shows a drive I did on the 13th July and nothing since

I‘ve seen this discussed on other forums, so yes, it does affect other owners.

The last time I did not connect was in May, and it lasted for about 3-4 days. On August 29, my we connect did not display vehicle information. I have contacted customer service and hope to get maintenance.
