Looks great. What kind of smoker or did you use grill. What temp did you get it to. Did you wrap when it stalled

Kamado Joe. 250 ish for 9 hours. I sprayed it with hard cider every hour or so for the last 5 hours. Pulled at 200 and wrapped in aluminum foil and stuck it in a cooler for an hour. It never stalled.

Follow up burnt ends for another hour. I’m so full lol

225 till internal hits 200, wrap and rest.

Doing a Prime Rib feast. Asparagus, Yorkshire pudding, taters. I have a bit of cranberry sauce leftover from last week and a real good carrot cake. I normally do grilled leg of lamb but the rib on sale at $6.00 # is a no brainer
