Oh yea man, I never thought ev stuff would progress as quickly as it has.Was just doing some reading on that Vision R. It is SO rad.

I haven't seen one actually do a 1.99 in real world conditions. In my brief YouTube research obviously. And the Tesla Plaid is still faster at 1.99 0-60 and 200 MPH top speed. With an accessible back seat.

You're not an idiot. A Pro Stock car in the NHRA will be in the mid 6 second range with around 1000 HP in the 1/4 mile.Seems like a pretty slow 1/4 mile for a 1900 hp EV doesn't it? Or am I just an idiot
2.4 mil but all new tech starts out that way. Eventually the tech will trickle down to the masses and we will eventually see affordable fast electric cars.We need a price check on aisle 3 lol

There is no other production car even close at the moment. Yes, there are tube framed highly technical drag cars that can only drive straight a 1/4 mile at a time that are faster.Seems like a pretty slow 1/4 mile for a 1900 hp EV doesn't it? Or am I just an idiot
Agreed. Modified muscle cars (Challenger, Camaro, mustang) push into the mid 8's with more like 1200-1400hp, but they weight 1,000lbs less.Almost 5k pounds, that explains everything
