Okay, just spoke to my sales rep. The dealer has the order guides. All they are waiting on at the moment is the order allocation so they know how many they can order...that should be coming today or tomorrow.

It's all the colors, options, packages and details they need to actually place an order. It means that the 5-door is in the ordering system and ready to go.

So from what you are saying that this Order Guide is for the dealer not the consumer? Correct?

The order guide is the info the dealer needs to place orders...all the codes and stuff they need for the computer. So you should be able to officially order a 5-door GTI this weekend.
