My "FAST" Installation

Well I finally received my "FAST" and of course he HAD to go in the GTI.
Here are a few pics of my new buddy.
He is just tied onto the armrest in the back seat.
You can see the string if you look hard in the pics,
but barely noticeable in person.
And he is pretty set in his ways and won't slide or fall during sharp turns.
The last pic is my view of him looking at the rear view mirror.
How is everyone else installing their "FAST"?

Actually it was very simple.
As you can see in some of the pics, I wrapped a thin rope around each foot once and then I just fed the rope through the hard plastic hatch that goes into the trunk area.
Easy to do, and it will be easy to remove, in the rare occurance when I have people in the backseat.
It is easiest to do when he has 1 of the 2 round tails on.
If he has the lightning bolt or bad boy tail, he won't sit against the back of the seat.

Thanks Guys.
I used to have him in the front seat.
BUT, then you have to move him even if you have 1 passenger.
In the backseat. it's like he is sitting on his throne. lol.

who says you have to put your fast in the backseat... tell your passenger they're just gonna have to deal with the backseat, it's pretty spacious.

You know what just hit me, and this is totally off the wall pie in the sky, but if somehow you could get some of the same crosshatch fabric material from your seats and cut out a small square to put behind him on his throne that would just look totally badass. Serves no purpose and is a total waste of time, but would make his throne match the interior of your car.

pretty sweet install,

he is in the back seat (unfortunately) when the girlfriend wants the windows up,

I would like to put him on the driver seat next to the head rest lol
like my conscious ... oddly enough i dont have one to put on my other shoulder
