So I got 6000K HIDs

I just converted the HID 4300K to 6000K. I must say I'm not fully impressed. I figured a bit more blue. I'm gonna probably exchange for the 8000K instead. I've had 8000K before and loved them, and they look HOT. But none the less, here are some pix of the 6000K for your judgement.

The 6k look good to me. I had the same bulbs on my Lex and loved them. I've heard that with 8K you loose visibility in the rain & fog.

The 6K's aren't overwhelming though, so it still keeps a smooth look to the car...

^I agree. They should come from VW with 6K bulbs.

In the night pics it looks real nice, but not so much in the daytime pics. Thanks for the pics plz post 8000k pics when you get those :thumbup:
