Anyone know the differences in 302 engines over the years? Thinking my next project will be a 302 into an e30 because its a fairly simple/cheap project and would make for a good car to hooligan around in.

LS1 all day.

I'm guessing 302 is cheaper than a LS1 or you'd be doing that right?

First casualty of driving low, hit something metal on the freeway going 80, and I limped it home. My front right control arm is totally bent and fucked, that's all I could diagnose as of now

Bummer. Apparently I didn't tighten my drivers side axle bolts down enough. They all decided to let go at 70mph at 11pm Tuesday 70 miles from home (Joliet).

Turned out to be an expensive mistake.

We usually don't get much snow here (1900ft) and most of the snow fall sticks overnight.

But today it dumped buckets and in some places it's at least 6" in the past few hours.

It took me 20 minutes just to get out of a parking lot because of the low coupled with the votex lip. Once I was on a main road it was much easier for sure.
