They're already mid-to-low 30's... not gonna get too much lower. E46 prices are gonna be low as fuk though.

E46s have hovered around mid teens to high 20s depending on year and miles for the past 3 years. E36s have bottomed out in the high single digits and low teens depends on mileage. That doesn't seem to be changing
The 90s/92s are still in the low 40s high 30s.
If I ever decide not to start my business and pull the trigger on one of these I'll probably go with a lower mile(<40k) 09+ for low 30s. Right now that is not possible.

all low $30,000: its getting more and more difficult to find a <40k mile M3 (08-09). 2010'-2013's are a different story (mileage wise)

The 2008 E90 is the cheapest of the bunch thanks to the dated ass, the 2 you posted had 77k and 6XK miles respectively. They will be worth exactly 1/2 that at 100k.
I'd rather spend an extra 5k and pick up a sub 40k mile example that looks current.
You'd drive a newer lower mile car for essentially the same cost if you were to sell 2 years later.

Yeah, im just saying E92's aren't out of reach if your budget is mid-to-low 30's. Taillights can be swapped with an updated trunk easily.
i wanted an e90 M3 for the longest; when i had money to afford one, i bought the R (gas prices/DD probz). the new F80/F82s are I-6s so gas prices aren't much of a turn-off now.

seems about right (for a dealer) for that mileage, no extended leather, no nav, no premium pkg, no DCT (more $$$)...

Just looks "used" prob in about average "non plac" acceptable shape;
$38k for a 08 coupe is about right, but the miles are in fact pretty low at 42k.
It is essentially base model with the premium package.
And some idiot ordered the carbon fiber roof delete and the actual moon roof instead adding 150lbs

GunKata, what you really want is the CF roof; for me its a dealbreaker without it.
