Downpipe What's the best brand ?

2019 GTI bunny
one of the local Vegas guys just got that one and he's happy with it.

theres a MAP one, APR one, and GTI jakes one for sale down there right now.


when i did mine, i went with a $95 dollar ebay unit, and added a $60 dollar cat - but even with cutting it up and welding the hangers in new spots it still fits crappy, lol. if i were to do it again.. i would just wait for one of the IE sales and go that route i like that their upper section is cast and that the cat is soo high up.

"Best" depends on your goals. That being said...

If I had to replace my downpipe today, I'd go with Baun Performance. Jake does top notch work, which I've experienced firsthand. Baun Performance products are worth every penny... and then some. Not to mention, he's a cool dude who somehow finds time to hang out and share his knowledge with us, in addition to his real job, his side gig fabricating the best mk7 parts, his family time, etc.

I just edited the cat options to make it less confusing lol.
