Really should read the whole thing... That isn't what is being said. The main take away is only the relevant parts of the virus are shown to your immune system with a vaccine, so your B cells and memory B cells do not go around making additional immunities to the irrelevant parts of the virus as you would with a natural infection. This can lead to a quicker immune response in neutralizing an infection post immunization...
