As far as dangerous misinformation is concerned I'm surprised you take this shit so seriously. I believe the new results that come out on Covid, the vaccine etc, as they come out. I haven't been swayed by any post in the thread because it's a fluid situation as more is learned. Only time will provide all the answers.

I was at least skeptical ever since i was a little kid. finally came to terms with what 'atheist' meant sometime in my late teens, having thought it was synonymous with 'satanic' (which turns out isn't actually all that bad lol).

I was like 'ooh, that's me! I'm an atheist!' and allowing myself finally totally free of all of the half-assed fear of hell made me feel empowered, as now i tread through the world with... oh, what's the word... LOGIC! And the first thing i wanted to do was argue with people about their beliefs.

Now, I'm over 30. And though its fun when protagonists want to pick a bone at my lack of belief, I'll bite. But I did realize along the way, there is nothing to do with being an atheist that means you have the actual answers - its just the more you have learned of actual answers, such as the age of the earth, evolution, etc, it pushes you away from the obvious nonconformities of religious doctrine.
