I love hot sauces, but have always been kind of "meh" on Sriracha. I don't hate it, just not a huge fan.

I actually just remembered a story of a dude who was stranded after a snow storm and he only had Taco Bell sauce packets to eat.

He wasn't found for 5 days

Valentina extra hot is my go-to, all purpose hot sauce. Good flavor, nice heat, and like $3 for a quart sized container if you can find it locally. It tastes similar to Cholula, which is one of my favorites, just for like 1/10th the cost. It may seem an odd place to penny pinch, but I consume a disturbing amount of hot sauce.
