Hold the joint in ur left hand push ur hand on the steering wheel to steer, take the beer in your right hand and put between legs, shift gears, pass joint to buddy, take cigarette out of mouth with left hand, wave to dubessa while passing her on the left.....

After making this "mod" I find that shifting gears in my MT/GTI is much smoother and quicker. Plus it brings a smile to my face.
