I too would rather walk. Aveo FTL. For a small cheap car I don't think I'd get anything other than a Fit.

Fit is a cool little car but for 1k more you can get a civic so i wouldn't buy it.

A fit cannot be called a cheap car. For the price of the Fit you can buy a compact car from other brands. There is the Hyundai Elantra, ford focus. I think the fit is way overpriced for what it is, yet it sells out on dealers lots :iono: .

Plus you cannot compare a fit to an aveo in price. Even a fully loaded aveo you can get for about 12-13 and a fit would be thousands more. When you are talking about these price levels, a few thousand more is alot.

if you want to be that guy flooring your car to get up the hill at 60 mph, buy a fit, aveo or whatever, but i personally like doing a steady 85 in 6th. i would rather eat drain-o than go back to a 4 speed automatic.
