Any other gym heads in here? (besides messrock)

I'll be going later and doing the following exercises:

Legs:
Bulgarian Split Max Effort jumps 3 x 6 (each leg)
Box Depth jumps 3 x 10
Tibialis walks 3 x til you feel the burn
Tibialis wall sit 3 x til you feel the burn
Haven't decided on if I would rather do front or back squats

Core (meant to be done in a circuit):
Bicycle crunches 3 x 100
Side crunches 3 x 20 (each side)
Flutter kicks 3 x 100

Cardio:
Hit the bike or row 1 x bruh

Rizz:
Chat with that one girl and if convo going well, ask her out (1 x grow a pair)

Just got some sets of 8 for squats today. Probably some abductor/adductor work. Getting back to it after straining something in my quad early Dec.

He's probably mad at you because a 20yo's opinions and advice on fitness are not useful to us fat, late 30's guys 🤣

But seriously, to be fit and 20 is stupid easy. Trying being 38, having 2 kids, working 60hrs a week and having bad knees, then tell us all your best tips.

I only do push-ups, but like, a lot of them.

I actually do them at the machine at work.

I work 10 hour days and a half day almost every Saturday. Doesn't leave me super enthusiastic about working out at the end of the day and there's no way I'm getting up even earlier to use a ton of energy before work.

The new dog has been making me walk/jog a lot more. I normally do that as little as possible. I've been doing that for a couple weeks and I'm starting to see some progress. I got my route done in about 30 mins yesterday. Normally it's at least 40 minutes. I guess my goal would be to just be able to jog the whole route. I really hate running though. The more of it I can run the less time I'll have to spend doing it, and the more tired the dog will get.

I want to take it further than that. I ordered some dumbbells in December, but I've only used them a few times. I think about using them a lot, and then never do.

I also had a protein powder arrive today. I'm slowly getting around to taking it seriously. This time I have Reign to help keep me active. I have to walk this dog or she spends the whole night wandering around the house looking for trouble. Even after a 2 mile walk she's not tired.

I really hate running though. The more of it I can run the less time I'll have to spend doing it, and the more tired the dog will get.
Breaking off the rust is the worst part of it. The more you keep it up the easier it's going to feel. Good on you for getting out there.

I'm just trying to make conversation with him. I look down upon people that ghost.
