3) Chevy Silverado

2) Dodge Ram

1) Ford F series.

4 and 5 are CUVs (Rav 4 and CRV), 6 is the Camry, and 7 is another CUV, the Rogue.

And, now VW has decided not to sell the MK8 Golf in the USA. Good that the GTI and R are still with us for now.

I read recently a good explanation that bigger cars create an arms race. The more they are on the road, the more people decide to buy them just to not feel threatened in a smaller car ... It is a trend that started occurring in Europe also, and it is not doing any favours to emission targets.
