iPod Question (Not like the million others..)

There's gotta be other iPod users here.. maybe someone can help me out?

Here's what I want to do:

Play my entire library of songs (thats the easy part) while listening I'd like to be able to go into songs/artist/etc and find any song and play it ....then have the iPod go back to playing my entire library when my song has finished.

I hope thats explained well enough. Sometimes I want to hear a particular song, and when its finished I'd like it to continue playing all songs on shuffle.

Just finding that particular song under "songs" is too much of a hassle by going through 5,000 songs - if you know what I mean?

I know exactly what you're talking about. I only have a mini so maybe 800 songs or so, but yeah it doesnt work that way. That would be cool if it did. My suggestion just make a bunch of playlists. I have about 9, it works out nicely. Hope you find something that works.

thanks gti=sexy, i think im just going to have to setup playlists... Its just a pain to deal with this many songs.

maybe someone knows of some trick?
