Sat nav keeps deleting my favourites

As per the title every few weeks my satnav keeps deleting my favourite destinations. Is this happening to anyone else?

Update will help for that. It is common problem from early cars...
You must go to the vw service and make a list of all problems, then they update your car.

Think I’m on 1890

It should be newer than 1896.
It should update itself from the internet, 1896 online update comes available at 5/22

Checked again today I’m on 1896. I wondering if the favourites are being lost when the iOS app is being updated?

I have android, and favorite contacts will be lost some times... but they are back again at next morning.
