Seat selection pre-heating

I have a golf GTE and with pre-heating you should be able to select the seats you also want to be warm.
But it does not allow me to select the heated seats and I have heated seats and steering wheel.

But I am not able to select the seats.
Anyone else have this problem?

I Had this problem too. I had the 166x software and it would not allow me to select the seats. When I got the 91CU recall it was working. The newer software 1896 was installed on the infotainment and newer software was installed on the aircon control unit.

My car is scheduled for an software upgrade in 2 weeks. I am still in 166x software. Lets see if this will solve it.
