Suggestion: Merchant Review Section

Seeing as how some people have been experiencing some problems with some online merchants, it would be a nice thing to have a "merchant review" section.

Members can post their experiences with whatever merchant, good or bad, so that other members know what to expect and/or stay away. :iono:

CONCEPT1.ca (FK Angel Eye Headlights)

The website had miss leading information. It said it would be shipped by FedEX but was actually shipped by Greyhound. And the shipping was Actually about $13 over their quote. Had some difficulties communicating with the sales people BUT i eventually got directed to the manager and HE WAS AWESOME. he gave me a $50 refund for the hassle. Although CONCEPT1 was initially dissapointing, they handled my complaints and problems with A++ resolution. Good place to order from.
