The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and those governed by it tend to frown upon gross violations and attacks upon the constitution; Articles 92 and 94 to be specific. I’m sure there’s some general orders, local policies, and something they could drum up under Art.134 for good measure.
Mutiny and sedation is punishable under the UCMJ with death.
