Hi, new owner of MK8 1.5 130hp ETSI. 2 weeks old. Can I ask others a couple of questions please? I think I am beginning to understand the operation of the 48v battery and it's driving of the starter alternator. But confused whether the 48v battery is involved when starting from rest?
Info sys- after inserting S-Pin -ok- another prompt-'saving system settings'-and asking to ok it. During this time radio mutes and comes back on when the settings have saved. This is annoying. Any way round that? Inserting S-pin should load ones profile in my view.
App- VW app is the latest, 2.20.0 but does not display battery info as it does on others screenshots I have seen on this site. Can other UK owners confirm this is the UK view as, if I understand correctly, it is country specific? Have I got that right?
