Whistle sound DSG gears

Evening All,

I have just purchased a MK8 Golf R-Line DSG 150PS and am in love with the vehicle.

I have had it less than a week but today when driving with the window down I have clocked on to a whistle like sound when the engine either cuts in, or when the DSG box is changing gears.

I have attached a short video capturing the sound I am describing. Any ideas if this is normal? Sound attached below:

I couldn’t hear it either; only birdsong.

Does the noise change as you drive along? I get more of a bleating noise from the rear. But only when I pass a field full of sheep.
