I have seen three different sites.
One was 20,240, another was about 21327.
I don't get how there could be such a difference in the invoice price listed.
I offered 23,200 OTD for one MSRP 22,620. They still wouldn't take it. -_-"

Invoice on mine was 22,620 and the dealers are moving them REALLY well, so he only took of $200, but its better than nothing, after all was said and done my 6speed Black Magic no package was 23 and change

i bought mine here in NJ for $20,050 ( i leased it of course till i buy out at the end) but i had the "MAN" come in an break some balls for the price. they said throught out a number and we'll see what we can do. they hadn't made their quota for the vw's in a month so they were tryin hard to get the deals rollin on them. i got the 0 package GTI with upgraded stereo and big rubber mats that i sold on e-bay. the dealership said they could make us a deal so we could buy it rite then and there.....and we'll we did, it was the 1st time at the dealership and test drove it twice b4 we bought it. my dad even likes the car and hes got a 98' corvette........i can keep up with him when he goes "cruzin" durin the summer.......lol
I was able to get mine DSG, Package 1 w/ XM for $23,600 and that included the processing fee. Which is always bs. With taxes and all the other mumbo jumbo I was out of the door at roughly 24,200 - 24,300. I pick mine up from Bill Britt in Fredricksburg, VA. They were pretty helpful but I had to take my time with them. It took me over 3 Days to get them where I wanted.
