That I think is a HELLA commercail or something...its the DynoView....headlights from..Hella....you can correct me if I am wrong.

Sure, I'll do that. Ugh. It was a Passat in the commercial, XENON=HIDs, GTI headlights self level, not everytime though, and they are Bi-Xenon. Also, the Passat doesn't have a control for using the headlights to move, they are programmed with the steering wheel to turn into the corner.
