2.0 TDI "CRBC" 150hp TURBO WASTEGATE/TURBO Actuator CLANK NOISE

Hi, i have golf 7 2.0 tdi with engine code CRBC with 150ph manual

so recently had started to face a clank noise form turbo actuator or wastegate
it hapennes when i very slowly press gas pedal and also when i turn off the engine

and there is no error in obd11 scan

but there is clanking sound and this same sound can be heard when i did a output test of Exhaust turbocharger 1 in engine control module

can anyone please help and throw some knowledge what need to done to fix this noise or did someone face the same issue like me

clank noise can be heard around when rpm is about 1100 or litle above 1000 rpm

and also i read that the turbo actuator is more prone to damage

You need to have somebody to do what you were doing (pressing the accelerator pedal) & for you to look at the actuator...sounds like there is something wrong with the actuator linkage ..

Update

Clanking noise from turbo actuator was actually coming from inside the actuator itself and other thing is exactly it makes that noise only when temperature is below 5°c and also with clod engine temperature but noise disappears as soon as temperature raises or engine is warmer

And actuator rod end or starting didn't had any kind of nut it was something like a rivet

Maybe inside diaphragm making this noise when temperature is cold
