Anyone know their spiders?

Keep finding these bastards in my house. Not a lot, but when I find one, it's usually these. Aaaaand kinda looks like a harmless sac spider but also a brown recluse. Any insight?

Recluses are called that for a reason, you won't find them unless you are in a very quiet part of your house.

It looks like either an orb spider or a goldensilk. Both common spiders for the carolinas.
