Back doors noise - when I open them (rubber seal)

Hello! I just discovered that both of my back doors do a squeaky noise when I open them, because of the rubber seal that touches the car body. I haven't noticed it since I received the car 6 months ago! It's not like something is broken or happened before I bought the car, it's simply a design fault I think. Do you also have it?

Put rubber seal conditioner/protectant on it.

I have it on my MK7. All I did was to clean all of dirt from the body and clean off the rubber. It will happen again as soon as the dirt builds up.
