Ive cooked that several times as I am a big Alton Brown fan. That chicken is just too oily. The skin never renders all its fat. Im going to try taking it out of the oil for the final 30 minutes or finishing it on the grill. Or just doing skinless. The garlic cloves smeared on bread is great though.

Yea. Let me know if it works out. Agreed, the garlic on the bread is awesome.

What part of Turkey? I'd eventually like to get there but the next few overseas trips for me are already planned. Germany and Switzerland next month followed by China and Uruguay

I tried to eat at PF Changs Saturday Night but there was a 45 minute wait! . My daughters likes this place. It ok, but not worth the 45 minute wait in my opinion. I decided to give the hostess back the pager and we got back into the GTI. I hit the Navigation and do a search for Restaurants. What Cheese Cake Factory .5 miles :happyanim::23: I love this place! It's Reasonably Priced, Excellent Food. Definitely can be noisy at times, so I always opt to eat outside. We get there I tell the Hostess we just left PF Changs because of the horrible wait. She smiles and said come with me. We get seated immediately at a great table outside :word::w00t:. Great Service Great Food and was about $30 cheaper then PF Changs. I Love Cheese Cake Factory and the Presidental Treatment:thumbsup: "Super Star"
