They've been proven to improve traffic flow compared to stop lights and reduce accidents IF PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO USE THEM.

So they'll never work in the US on a large scale, unfortunately.

Yep. Ike got the idea when he saw the roads in Germany during/after WWII.

Except ours are different in that our highways go through our cities and the autobahns go around their cities. I think. I may or may not be correct about this but I seem to remember reading that somewhere.
