Hot air coming from vents

Hi

I have a 2021 golf mk8 ,why is there hot air coming from my vents even though heating off?Also anyone know how to turn off steering wheel heating permanently. Thanks

As does mine from time to time with heating settings both sides on 'LO', hot air from the vents that is....

You probably lost refrigerant. Take it to your dealer to top it up and check for leaks.

I find my GTi to be a very warm car. With climate control turned off & all vents closed I still feel hot air coming in from around my feet. Fine in cold weather, but in summer I shall cook !
Anyone else had/fixed this issue ?

i have the issues I just turn off the vents put it on lo and leave the feet only setting on
