Hot stuff

There seem to be a few spicy food fans on this forum. I make my own hot pepper mix (otherwise known as crushed red pepper, or dried chilis) from a blend of commercial, locally grown, and home grown hot peppers. The fresh peppers are trimmed and dried in a dehydrator before grinding. This year's blend is made from:

50% imported Mexican Arbol
Red Jalapeno
Green Jalapeno
Dark Red Poblano
Red Cayenne
Orange Habanero
Chocolate Ghost
Dark Red Ghost
Orange Ghost
Green Serrano

I always make way more than I need, so I have about 6 shakers worth that I can share. PM me and I'll send you some. Better yet, if you grow your own hot peppers, let's arrange a trade deal, fresh for dried, and I'll make yours part of next year's batch.
